PETITION FOR VARIANCE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Boardroom at the Village Hall, 112 North Washington Street, Melrose, Wisconsin, a meeting of the Village Board will be held to have a hearing during the monthly Village Board meeting for the purpose of considering Leslie Pfaff and Kathryn Pfaff’s petition for variance to allow the lot located at 410 North Washington Street, Melrose, Wisconsin to operate as a residential lot, which currently operates as a permitted commercial lot, under Chapter 16 of the Village Ordinances. Requests from persons with disabilities who need assistance to participate in this meeting or hearing should be made to the Village Clerk at 608-488-3191 with as much advance notice as possible.
