NOTICE OF VILLAGE BOARD HEARING VILLAGE OF MELROSE PETITION FOR VARIANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Boardroom at the Village Hall, 112 North Washington Street, Melrose, Wisconsin, a meeting of the Village Board will be held to have a hearing during the monthly Village Board meeting for the purpose of considering Melrose Community LLC petition for variance to allow the Parcel 151.0174.0000 at 100 Court Street, Melrose, Wisconsin to place Tiny Homes on Mobile Home Lots.  Also, a Variance is being requested to allow a second rental storage facility to be placed on a mobile home lot.  This parcel is zoned for Mobile Homes.  Requests from persons with disabilities who need assistance to participate in this meeting or hearing should be made to the Village Clerk at 608-488-3191 with as much advance notice as possible.
